The Code of Ordinances publication contains all City of Marshall Ordinances in effect EXCEPT Ordinances adopted after Ord. No. 05-36, enacted December 12, 2005.
As the Marshall City Council works on the business of the City they pass ordinances, or laws, that affect all of the citizens and visitors of the City. Due to the publishing of the City Ordinances recently passed Ordinances are not included in the published document. Because of this, listed below in numerical order are the ordinances of the City that have passed but are not included in the published document.
